JCI Sousse, JCI Saint-Étienne and JCI Çankaya created JCI Exchange in 2025. The partner local organizations chose Ankara unanimously for the 2027 edition.

Getting to Ankara

Ankara is the capital of Türkiye. Airport transfers are part of the package.

Fly into
Ankara Esenboğa Airport (ESB). Transfers between the airport and the hotel are included.
Weather
Sunny, around 25°C. That is a typical September in Ankara.
Visa
Check whether you need a visa. It depends on your passport. Many travellers can apply online on the official Republic of Türkiye e-Visa site.
Money
Turkish lira (TRY). The local currency for anything outside the package.

Three local organizations started it

JCI Exchange was created in 2025 by three local organizations. In 2027 JCI Çankaya welcomes the network to its home city.

When and where is JCI Exchange 2027?

From 9 to 12 September 2027 in Ankara, the capital of Türkiye. JCI Çankaya is the host.

When does registration open?

In early 2027. Places are limited, so follow @jci_exchange on Instagram to hear first.

How much does it cost?

Prices will be announced when registration opens in early 2027.

What does the package include?

A hotel for 3 nights, airport transfers, the Gala Night, all programme meals, trainings and visits, and a welcome pack.

How do I pay?

When registration opens, you register on this site and pay by bank transfer. The bank details and your payment reference appear right after you send the form.

Who can take part?

JCI Exchange brings together JCI members from four continents.

Which airport should I fly into?

Ankara Esenboğa Airport (ESB). Airport transfers are included in the package.

Do I need a visa for Türkiye?

It depends on your passport. Please check on the official Republic of Türkiye e-Visa site well before you travel.

What is the weather like in September?

September in Ankara is sunny and around 25°C.

Can I stay longer?

Yes. There is an optional post-tour to Cappadocia on 12–13 September with a cave hotel night and sunrise balloons.

What should I bring for the Global Village?

Your country’s food, music and dress. The Global Village and Gala Night are where we celebrate together.
